Starting a regular meditation practice is really difficult, and keeping up with the practice is super hard as well. For you, me, everyone!
It all starts with a commitment, a promise you make to yourself.
Practicing with a group of people is really helpful, and nourishing.
If you want to start a meditation practice or keep up with it, join us and sit with us twice a week.
You will have access to the guided meditations to practice whenever you want.
Whether you are new to meditation or you are an experienced meditator, you are welcome to join us.
Meditation is a training of the mind, it is a way to familiarise with yourself, your thoughts, emotions, urges.
A regular mindfulness practice is beneficial for you own wellbeing.
About the instructor
Morning Meditations are guided by Silvia Vernaschi, Mindfulness instructor.
Silvia trained with the Center for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University to teach the MBSR program, and with Oxford University to teach mindfulness based programs.
She is also trained to teach mindfulness to children of different age.
