How is the program structured?

During my 15-year long parenting career, I went through different phases: I have been taking care of two kids full time for few years, then split my time between office work and being a Mom (which is a full time job anyway), and then juggle my time to be an effective entrepreneur and a good enough parent of three kids under the age of 10.

There's something I learnt: every situation has its own challenges.

We tend to think others have it easier, but I can honestly tell you: this is an ILLUSION.

Being a full time parent (which we all are anyway, but you know what I mean...) can feel lonely, heavy, useless, unrecognised by society, exhausting.

Juggling work and parenting can feel overwhelming, daunting, lonely, impossible, exhausting, full of guilt and regrets.

After 10 years coaching parents from different parts of the world, I can say that the most common wishes parents share with me are:

  • feel calmer when they interact with their kids;
  • be clear about their role;
  • let go of guilt;
  • reconnect with the joy of parenting.

All parents want to know HOW to do it, they want to learn WORDS they can use and STRATEGIES that work.

WHY PARENTING FROM YOUR CENTER?


In the last 10 years I have worked with parents, leaders, people from different countries in the world.

I coached them to be better leaders in the workplace, conscious parents in their families.

I supported smart and talented people who wanted to improve their wellbeing, their capacity to live mindfully; people that wanted to intentionally design their own life.

What I learnt coaching parents and leaders is that they both need to requires very fine leadership skills: self-awareness, clarity, empathy, decision making, dealing with uncertainty, innovation, the capacity to set boundaries.


My personal life + working with high performing leaders and committed parents taught me that leading and living from our center is THE most important capacity we might want to develop.


WHY?


Because the strategies we learn intellectually don't last.

Think about diets or new year resolutions.

They are often not effective ways to change in the long run, because they are approached intellectually.

Also, you, your kids and life change all the time: by the time you learn how to relate to a 3 year old....your child change and require you to BE different.

SILVIA is the founder of The Mind Bliss Coaching and Women on a Journey.

She is a certified mindfulness instructor and coach.

Silvia trained at Bangor University and Oxford University to teach mindfulness to adults and children.

Silvia is a coach, she coaches people from different countries who want to develop emotional intelligence, leadership skills, design their life intentionally, and parent with joy and clarity. 

She had the privilege to train with well known professionals like Marshall Goldsmith and Shefali Tsabary.
