SILVIA is the founder of The Mind Bliss Coaching and Women on a Journey.
She is a certified mindfulness instructor and coach.
Silvia trained at Bangor University and Oxford University to teach mindfulness curricula to adults and children. In particular, she teaches the MBSR program and the Finding Peace in a Frantic world program that she calls "Mindfulness for Life".
Silvia works with individuals, corporate, groups and parents.
